Is there a minimum budget to work with StoryTailor?

We work best with travellers whose budget per person starts at around €5,000 for a trip. This allows us to curate the kind of experience that truly sets StoryTailor apart. That said, we're always happy to have an initial conversation.

How long does it take to design a trip?

A first proposal typically takes 3–5 working days after our initial conversation. More complex journeys — multi-country, multi-week, or with very specific access requirements — may take a little longer. We never rush what should be thoughtful.

Do you charge a design fee?

Our service fee is included in the travel cost. We believe our value lies in the experience we design — not in a separate consulting charge. Full transparency on pricing is part of how we work.

Can you arrange group travel and incentive trips?

Absolutely. We design private group journeys, family reunions, anniversary celebrations and corporate incentive travel — all with the same level of personal attention as our individual journeys.

What if I don't know where I want to go?

That's often where the best journeys begin. Tell us what kind of experience you're looking for — a feeling, a pace, a style — and we'll propose something you might never have considered but will never forget.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

For peak seasons (summer, Christmas, February school holidays), we recommend contacting us 6–12 months in advance to secure the best properties. That said, we've designed exceptional last-minute journeys — don't hesitate to reach out whenever you're ready.
